BinaryTick ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
This policy covers two things:
Together we call these "the Platform". BinaryTick runs entirely in your web browser. There is nothing to download or install.
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
BinaryTick is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with Deriv.
We want to be clear about what we do not collect:
The following is stored in your own browser only, using standard web storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, and IndexedDB). It is never transmitted to BinaryTick's servers:
Because this data lives in your browser rather than on our servers, it is specific to the browser and device you are using. It does not follow you to another computer or another browser.
When you sign in, Deriv asks you to authorise BinaryTick with two permissions on your account:

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Platform.
We use two analytics tools. Neither sets cookies, and neither collects your name, email address, or any information that identifies you personally.
Umami. Counts page views and measures which links people click. It is cookieless and does not use a device fingerprint to follow you between sites. Requests are proxied through our own domain rather than a third-party host. Umami runs on the website only. See umami.is/privacy.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Provided by our host, and used on both the website and the trading platform. Web Analytics counts page views and unique visitors. Speed Insights measures how quickly pages actually load for real visitors, which we use to keep the site fast. Neither uses cookies. To count a visitor without one, Vercel derives a temporary hash from the technical details of your request, including your IP address and browser type. That hash is rebuilt with a new secret value each day and the underlying details are discarded, so it cannot be used to recognise you tomorrow or on any other site. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
On the trading platform, what we record is the address of the page you are viewing. That address can show which market and trade type you have open, and whether you are using a demo or a real-money account. Sign-in codes and contract identifiers are stripped out of it before it is sent, so a page view cannot be traced back to your account or to an individual position. We do not record your stake, your balance, your trades, or the results of any bot you run.
Because no cookies are set and no personal data is collected, we do not show a cookie consent banner.
BinaryTick participates in the Deriv Affiliate Programme. When you create a Deriv account or trade through the Platform, Deriv may receive affiliate tracking data that identifies BinaryTick as the referring source. This is used solely to calculate affiliate commissions owed to us.
This tracking:
BinaryTick earns affiliate commissions on new signups and a small markup on contract payouts when you trade through the Platform. This markup does not affect your stake, only your potential payout on winning trades.
All trading activity, account data, and market data is processed by Deriv. By using BinaryTick, you are also subject to Deriv's Privacy Policy, available at: deriv.com/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy
The Platform is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical information your browser sends with each request, including your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse. It is subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which processes your IP address in order to serve the font files. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
All data stored by BinaryTick is kept in your own browser. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

BinaryTick does not maintain databases of user information. We have no servers that store your personal data, trading history, saved bots, or account information.
We take the security of your data seriously:
Because your session and your saved bots live in your browser, anyone with access to your unlocked device and browser profile can reach them. Lock your device and log out on shared or public computers.
No method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
BinaryTick is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Access to the Platform requires a valid Deriv account, and Deriv enforces its own age verification requirements. We do not knowingly collect any information from users under 18.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Platform, please contact us at support@binarytick.com and we will do our best to assist.
Since BinaryTick does not collect or store personal data on our servers, most privacy rights can be exercised directly from your own browser. We do not sell your personal information.
To remove BinaryTick's access to your Deriv account:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
